Our services: your pet's move, arranged from start to finish
We start from your moving date and the official rules of both countries to build a timeline, prepare every document, choose the right way to fly and coordinate arrival. You deal with one coordinator, and everything is visible in your online portal.
What we take care of
- Checking the rules. Departure country, destination, layovers: we check which official requirements apply to your pet (age, breed, vaccines, titre test, permits, quarantine) and flag any obstacle before you spend anything.
- The vet timeline. Microchip, rabies vaccine, blood sample for the titre test, treatments, the departure check-up: each has a deadline, which we work out from your arrival date.
- The documents. EU pet passport, health certificate, export certificate, declarations, import permits where a country requires them: we prepare the files and review them before every signature.
- The flight. Cabin, hold or cargo depending on your pet's size, the airline and the country; booking with the airline and choosing a safe routing (layovers, heat, snub-nosed breeds).
- The crate. Measurements, size and fittings that meet the airline's requirements, and tips to get your pet used to it.
- Arrival. Entry formalities, cargo clearance (through a freight forwarder), and the registrations due afterwards (I-CAD in France, local databases elsewhere).
- Follow-up. An online client portal with the steps, deadlines, documents and your messages with your coordinator.
In both directions
Bringing a pet into France
French expats coming home and families settling in: EU and French entry rules, depending on where your pet is coming from.
Taking a pet abroad from France
A transfer, an expatriation, a new life: the destination's requirements and the departure-side steps in France.
For a particular pet: moving a dog abroad, moving a cat abroad, air cargo and corporate relocation.
Who does what?
Moving a pet involves several parties. We would rather say so plainly than suggest everything happens under one roof.
| Step | Who does it | Our role |
|---|---|---|
| Vet work | Your vet (and, for some certificates, the official veterinary services) | Timeline, list of procedures, document checks |
| Lab tests (titre) | An approved laboratory | Choosing a lab the country accepts, timing |
| Flight | The airline | Routing and mode, booking, airline paperwork |
| Road transport, airport assistance | Partners, depending on the country and availability | Coordination; the quote names the partner |
| Entry formalities | Customs and veterinary services at destination | Preparing the file, instructions for the day |
What we don't do
- We never work around the rules: if your pet cannot legally travel on the date you want, we tell you and look for the date or routing that works.
- We do not sell animals or arrange commercial movements of animals intended for sale.
- We cannot promise a seat on a particular flight or a fixed arrival date: those decisions belong to airlines and authorities.
Routes
We publish a detailed guide for each destination whose rules we have checked with the official authorities. For any other country, tell us about your move: we look at its feasibility before quoting.
Your client portal
Tell us about your move
Route, date, and your pet's species, breed, weight and age: with these details we check the rules and send you a timeline and an itemised quote.
