Global mobility: your employees' dogs and cats

A pet that is planned for too late can delay a start date by months: titre tests, waiting periods, permits, quarantine. We come in early in the assignment so the pet arrives with the family, or as close to it as possible.

Who it's for

  • HR and global mobility teams managing assignments from or to France.
  • Relocation and moving companies that want a dedicated partner for the pet side of a move.
  • Expat families, diplomats and international-school staff whose employer covers all or part of the move.

What we bring

  • A quick feasibility check: the minimum lead times the rules impose and any obstacles (breed, age), before the family's dates are fixed.
  • A quote addressed to the company or the employee, with our fees and each third-party cost separated, to fit your mobility policy.
  • A timeline aligned with the departure date, the lease and the start date.
  • Shared progress: the family follows every step in its client portal; we keep you informed to the extent agreed with the family.
  • In French and English, for French families and for international employees arriving in France alike.

Why talk to us early

Some countries require several months of preparation for a pet coming from France (a titre test followed by a waiting period, advance notice, quarantine). The other way round, entering France from a country the EU does not list means waiting three months after the blood sample. These delays cannot be made up: knowing them when the assignment is decided avoids separating a family from its pet. See our destination guides.

Clarity about who does what

Vet work is done by vets, flights by airlines, and some ground services by partners depending on the country. Our quote says so plainly: you know who is involved at every step. See our services and how we quote.
